All of the works that we are doing in Central America began through the support of the School of Christ in Guatemala City. Several students came from Costa Rica and we seen a need to plant a school in the capitol of San Jose. One of the former students of Guatemala City, John Castrillo became the director. He and his wife are now a missionaries to Spain. We are still in contact with many former students of the school and are holding condensed two week schools with them. There is a great hunger in Costa Rica, especially amongst the youth. In every visit there has been a great response from them as they seek more of God. 2009In February of this year we held a two week conference with brethren from many different churches around Costa Rica. The former director of the School of Christ, pastor German Castro set up the meetings. The Spirit of God moved strongly in our midst, and everyone that came was touched by the Spirit of God. We plan to return to Costa Rica in the near future to continue ministering and working with the brethren there.
