The following chapters form the first part of a series of Biblical addresses on the unfolding of Divine Healing in the Old and New Testaments. They are the substance of addresses given by the writer at the regular Friday Meeting in the Gospel Tabernacle during the winter and spring of 1900. They carry the subject on from Genesis to Psalms, and if the Lord permit, will be followed through the series to the close of the Bible. Thus they form in a sense a systematic exposition of the subject of physical redemption as it is unfolded in the Scriptures. May the Holy Spirit again fulfill through them His own inspired message, “He sent His Word and healed them and delivered them out of their distresses.”
